Your browser may have blocked "Active Content" by default. It will tell you this in a narrow strip across the top of the window. On this site that content is a drop-down menu that can provide a useful alternative way to navigate directly to any page on the site. In addition, the Programme pages use buttons to open the "Charges at a Glance" table. Both of these use Javascript. They will have no adverse effect on your computer. Unfortunately some browsers cannot tell the difference between useful and harmful content and block all of it!
