Mindfulness is a form of meditation that enables you to live in the present moment, rather than dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. Whilst sharing in the community, ethos and rhythm of daily life at Othona, this guided retreat blends mindfulness practice and creativity.
There will be space to allow you to explore and play with materials, time to experience the environment through your senses, and an opportunity to rediscover your natural creativity.
With Sue Howse, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher with a diploma in Christian spirituality at Sarum College, and Sue Lansbury, an artist and teacher with a fascination for environment and landscape.
